The Hummingbird Project: A Collaborative Mental Health Initiative

The Hummingbird Project is a free, evidence-based six-week course designed to improve young people’s mental health and emotional resilience. Developed by MedEquip4Kids in partnership with psychologists from the University of Bolton, University of Chester, and the Open University, the program is delivered to schools across the North West of England. It focuses on key themes such as happiness, kindness, resilience, and mindfulness, aiming to equip young people with coping techniques and a greater understanding of their personal strengths.
